Three things to know before you order

Pick the right bag size
Many Mountain Rose Herbs bulk herbs come in 1 oz, 4 oz and 1 lb bags. One ounce is about 28 grams, so a 1 oz bag is a good way to try a new herb before you buy a pound.
Store it dark, dry and sealed
Keep dried herbs and loose tea in an airtight jar away from heat, light and steam. A cupboard beats the counter next to the stove. Write the date on the jar.
Read the precautions first
Every product page lists precautions. Herbs are plants with real effects, so check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, nursing, on medicine, or buying for a child. Oils and flower waters marked for external use are not for drinking.
